This is a video how to fix the epson stylus (this videos addresses the Epson stylus pro 4800, but will work with other models with same problem as well) when it makes marks across the films. I noticed that there was no solutions on the internet for this, so decided to make a post about it. No sense paying ludicrous amounts of money to get it fixed! Below is the a picture of what happens, it is very annoying:
